Subscription File
The subscriptions file can be accessed via the menu tree shown immediately below. The intent of subscriptions is that a patient pay a yearly (or monthly) amount such that the patient will not receive an ambulance bill. The ambulance company will collect whatever from insurance, etc. and that's it.

Field Descriptions
- Status -- Active, Inactive, Delete
- Expiration Date -- Last date of coverage
- Billing Date -- Statements will be printed for dates later than this date
- Renewal Amount -- Amount printed on statements
- Subscription Category -- Family, Individual
- Subscription category -- Free form, for your own internal use
- Notes -- Free form, for your own internal use
